When does the HomeAssist plan coverage start?
Your plan cover starts immediately after successful inspection of your appliances that you wish to cover under the plan. Please note that only functionally working appliances can be covered under the plan & you will not be able to change appliances covered under the plan at a later date.

How do I raise a service request or claim?
You will have to register a service request or claim by calling our 24*7 toll-free helpline (1800 123 3330). OneAssist will soon make available the facility to raise a service request using the OneAssist website/Android and iOS Apps.
