    Multi AMC Lite is a “service only” plan for Air Conditioner, Television, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave and Water Purifier. With this plan the subscribers will have to pay a One Time Annual Fee and can avail unlimited free repair assistance round the year, ensuring optimal care for their appliances at an extremely competitive fixed price. You also get 2 free Preventive Maintenance Visits for Air Conditioners, if you opt for the Unlimited Appliances Plan.

  • Who would come to my home for the repairs & how do I trust them?

    Our service experts would reach your home once you request for service. All our service experts are background verified. Prior to visit, we will share the Name & Number of the expert so that you let the right person in.

  • What does Multi AMC Lite plan cover?

    It covers the labour and commuting expenses of the service expert but does not cover the cost of spare parts and consumables - if required.

  • How do I raise a service request or claim?

    You will have to register a service request or claim by calling our 24*7 toll-free helpline (1800 123 3330) or by using the OneAssist website/Android and iOS Apps.
