Any breakdown of our appliances disrupts our everyday lives and throw us off our budget and schedule. A breakdown not only brings financial burden but also a great deal of hassle in getting the products repaired.
‘Quick Repairs’ enables you to request for servicesin various categories of appliances such as
• AC repair - includes Split AC repair and window AC repair
• AC service (wet cleaning/preventive maintenance service) – includes Spit AC service and Window AC service
• TV repair – includes LED TV repair, LCD TV repair, Smart TV repair, 4K TV repair, OLED or QLED TV repair, standalone TV screen repair
• Refrigerator repair – includes single door refrigerator repair service and double door refrigerator repair service
• Washing Machine repair - includes top load washing machine repair service, front load washing machine repair service, and fully automatic washing machine repair service
• Water Purifier repair - includes RO repair, water filter repair
• Water Purifier service (wet cleaning/preventive maintenance service) - includes RO servicing, water filter servicing
• Geyser repair – includes electric geyser repair service (does not include gas geyser repair service)
Once you pay the initial charges, a technician is assigned for visit to troubleshoot any issue or perform regular maintenance (as desired).

In the Quick Repairs program, we offer complete transparency. When it comes to repair, you are required to pay for Labour Charges, Spare Part charges and transportation charges (if required).
In most of the services such as TV repair Washing Machine repair, Refrigerator repair, AC repair, RO repair, and Geyser repair, we charge only an inspection fee for the doorstep repair service or at home service by the technician to visit your premise to troubleshoot the issue. If you decide to go ahead with repair, additional labour charges are applied (which is conveyed to you at the time of booking of service itself – so you don’t encounter any surprises). In some services such as AC service (cleaning/maintenance) or RO service (cleaning/maintenance) we charge the entire fee upfront.
We understand that you have a right to compare our services with any of our competitors and hence this token inspection fee is charged for us to cover the cost of technician visit and nothing more.
We will provide 30-day service guarantee for any spare parts that have been repaired/ replacedin the doorstep repair service (Eg. Compressor in AC repair or Refrigerator repair, panel in TV repair, or motor in washing machine repair).If the same problem is reported within 30 days of the repair, it will not be treated as a new repair but a repeat issue. In all such repeat cases, customer will be required to retain the original bill provided for repair/ replacement of spares or consumables to avail services.
Customer has the choice of procuring the spare parts on his own also, but then you will not be eligible for OneAssist’s 30-day Service Guarantee. In such instance, if the part fails due to any reason customer will be responsible for the same and will have to re-pay to buy that part again
As soon as you complete the purchase, you can schedule a technician visit as per preferred slot via app
You can cancel ‘Quick Repair’ and get a full refund if you have not availed the services. In case you have already availed services (i.e. technician has visited customer premise), then refund will not be provided
You can reschedule service request by using OneAssist website or Android/ iOS App.
Labour charges for doorstep repair of appliance are not covered in Quick Repairs. For certain appliances, you may only be charged an inspection fee which covers troubleshooting of issue (and not the actual labour cost for repairing the appliances). Cost of spares and transportation is not covered in any of the Quick Repair Services in case at home service is not enough and appliance needs to be transported.
We have an authorized service network with qualified technicians to handle your product repairs. Our qualified technician would reach your home for doorstep repair service or take the unit to our service center for repairs (in case at home service doesn’t solve the problem).
Our qualified Service Expert would reach your home for at home service once you request for service. Prior to the visit, we will share with you the Name & Number of the expert so that you let the right person in.
Technician will call you before visiting your house for the doorstep repair service. Upon reaching your house, technician will follow all safety guidelines. In light of the current COVID 19 pandemic, we are following WHO safety standards such as vaccination, social distancing, wearing masks and gloves. Also, our technicians sanitize every appliance they repair.
Technician will ask for a start OTP to initiate the at home service. Upon completion of the job satisfactorily, you may share the end OTP to complete the doorstep repair service. Post completion of repair, a NPS survey link will be shared with you in which you can share your comprehensive feedback.
In case technician, does not reach on time, you can call up technician directly. Phone number will be displayed in app as well as sent to you over SMS. In case you wish to raise a complaint, you can do so by calling our helpline number 1800-123-3330
OneAssist always uses genuine spares for repair. These spares are procured from authorized dealers or from OEMs and are compatible with the appliance. OneAssist also offers 30-day service guarantee which ensures that we do a quality job. Customer has the choice of procuring the spare parts on his own also, but then customer will not be eligible for OneAssist’s 30-day Service Guarantee.
You will have to pay for the repair or replacement of spare parts required for bringing the product into working condition.Just to share with you here that 70% of breakdown calls usually get repaired without parts consumption. In case you have opted for inspection of appliance, additional labour charges may have to be paid which will be conveyed at the time of booking the service. Transportation too is not covered in Quick Repairs.
