We are sorry, only smartwatches upto 15 Days old from purchase date are eligible for OneAssist protection for smartwatches.
Current OneAssist for wearable is available only for Samsung and Apple Brands.
OneAssist for wearable protection is valid for 1 year from the date of activation, however in case of Extended Warranty service the protection will start from date of end of manufacturer warranty for 1 year.
Once you buy OneAssist protection for wearable from any of our sales partner you get an activation code. You need to download OneAssist App or log in to www.oneassist.inand click on activate voucher.
The page will ask you to authenticate using activation voucher, once successfully authenticated your need to provide some details regarding you and your device and press submit.
Your OneAssist protection will be activated immediately and you will receive the confirmation email and SMS with your membership details and program Terms and Condition.
Incase your smartwatch is damaged, please call our 24X7 call center support or login www.oneassist.into file the claim within 48 Hours of your discovering the damage.
We will take care of the rest.
Yes, you can claim upto2 times during your membership tenure. But the maximum liability of both the claims put together should not exceed your Sum Insured.
Sum Insured is equal to your device purchase Invoice value.
Sorry you cannot do that, OneAssist for Wearable is available only for device bought in INDIA through legal channel. The device bought outside INDIA, used Device or Refurbished device is not eligible for OneAssist for Wearable protection.
You, can cancel your membership with 30 Days of your protection plan purchase, 100% refund will be provided if cancelled within 30 Days. No Refund will be processed if it is beyond 30 Days
We are sorry hear that but unfortunately OneAssist for Wearable doesn’t cover Straps and Accessories.
We offer cashless repair service for customer under OneAssist for Wearable program, however you only need to pay Excess fee i.e 10% of claim amount for each and every claim.

1. 2 Images of Damaged Device (Front and Rear side of smartwatch)
2. Purchase Invoice
3. Customer Govt ID Proof (PAN CARD, PASS PORT, ADHAR, DRIVING LICENSE ETC)
4. Police FIR (Only in case of Theft)
